These terms govern the use of myComptee, a service for managing personal and shared bank accounts (manual entry, reconciliation, joint-account sharing). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
myComptee lets you record and categorize transactions, reconcile statements, import history (QIF), and share accounts with other users. myComptee does not connect to your banks and performs no banking operation: all data is entered or imported by you. The service is provided "as is".
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.
When you share an account, invited members access that account's data according to their role (owner, member, viewer). You are responsible for the people you invite. The owner may remove a member or transfer ownership at any time.
myComptee strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. myComptee is not a financial-advice tool; balances and reports reflect only the data you enter. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from data-entry errors or downtime.
How we process your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account at any time from the app, which erases your data in line with the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
